I am a Certified Life Coach & Mindfulness Practitioner, who helps burnt out women strike that elusive work life balance.
As a successful professional and a working mum I found myself stressed, burnt-out and totally exhausted. My extensive work commitments left me with no time for myself or my young family.
Now, instead of running high profile crown court trials and being constantly on police station call outs, I’ve designed life on my own terms – and it’s the life I’ve always dreamed of!
